On 18-19 March, Seldia’s 9th European Direct Selling Conference brought together industry leaders, top direct selling companies, and associations in Brussels for two days of insightful discussions, collaboration, and innovation, marked a significant milestone for the direct selling industry in Europe. The Latvian Direct Selling Association was represented at the conference by Gintautas Zaleckas, General Secretary for the Baltic States.
During the conference, various topics relevant to the direct selling sector were explored, including the impact of innovation and digitalization on direct selling, consumer rights protection, and strategies for engaging and motivating direct sellers. According to Gintautas Zaleckas, General Secretary for the Baltic Direct Selling Associations, participation in such events not only strengthens cooperation among national direct selling associations across Europe but also provides an opportunity to learn about upcoming EU legislative initiatives, discuss the latest sector trends and challenges, and work together toward sustainable growth and long-term development of the direct selling industry.
